- Guests are responsible for cleaning up after themselves in the kitchen and Roundhouse main room. This includes washing dishes and returning them to the dish cupboard, sanitizing counters and sinks, and mopping floors after final use. Long Scraggy provides all cleaning supplies.

The Roundhouse main room and adjoining commercial kitchen are centrally located for all guest use.

Covered Pavilion
The covered picnic pavilion houses 14 picnic tables, a large outdoor gas grill, propane heaters and bench seating along the perimeter of the area. Folding tables can be added to the bench seating for extra guest dining options.
