Long Scraggy Ranch is holding its Spring work day on Saturday, May 16 from 8:00-3:00.

Come and lend a hand at the Ranch to help prepare for this season of guests. Specific jobs: Spring clean cabin interiors, wash windows, paint interior of the homestead cabin, paint bunk beds, rake pine needles, apply pine beetle repellent to trees, cut down dead trees.  Bring your chainsaws, rakes, shovels, paintbrushes, and gloves. All ages welcome. Lunch is provided. One night of lodging is free for all workers for this weekend.  A perfect Spring weekend getaway for any family and church group who wish to serve.

Ways to Camp at Long Scraggy Ranch

You can reserve an individual cabin or a room in one of our multiple room cabins.  We also have Canvas wall tents available.

You can reserve a tent campsites or trailer and RV campsites with water and electricity.  You can also stay in the wilderness camp site to be more “off grid” experience.

All ranch facilities are available to all guests.  This includes use any of our gathering areas such as: the Roundhouse and kitchen, the Pavilion, the Chapel, and two fire pits.  Guest stays include free use of our onsite activity amenities which include a rifle range, archery range, indoor swimming pool, shuffleboard, 18-hole disc golf, fishing pond, hiking trails, basketball, volleyball, and kickball field. Additionally, located a couple of miles from the ranch are World-Class mountain bike trails, the Colorado Trail, and unlimited hiking trails.
